The spines of our folders are produced in mag-lyte with the front and rear covers produced in the secondary material. Mag-lyte is made from a combination of polypropylene sandwiched between two layers of aluminum. 100% metal in appearance, the benefit of this material is that you can create a fully flexible folding crease without the use of additional hinging mechanisms. With the exception of perspex all these items can be enhanced with the use of silk screen, litho or dye-sublimation printing with embossing or debossing techniques. For the best effect imagery on perspex is created through the use of Laser engraving. Heavy embossing can provide particularly stunning effects when using soft touch PVC. For the final touches the covers can be attached to the metal spines with the use of tapes or can be riveted. Closure of the folders can be further enhanced with the use of magnetic strips or press studs.
